Assessment includes clinical information gathering, a written report, reflective feedback and personalised recommendations. Payment plans can be discussed before assessment begins.
Screening can help you explore your experiences before deciding whether to pursue diagnosis. Ask us for the screening fee and how it relates to the full assessment cost before booking. There is no obligation to continue to a full assessment.

Talk & screen
Tell us what brings you here. We explain the options, complete screening and discuss whether a full assessment would be useful.
Build the picture
We bring together interviews, questionnaires, developmental history and relevant input from family, school or others.
Find your next steps
You receive a draft to check for accuracy, a reflective feedback session, and a full report with practical recommendations.
Explore each pathway
ADHD assessment
We explore attention, activity, impulsivity and everyday functioning across development and different settings. We consider coping strategies, masking, sensory needs and context.
Assessment may include DIVA-5 for adults or DIVA-5 Young for children and young people, alongside questionnaires and QbCheck. These contribute to a wider clinical understanding.
Autism assessment
Our approach explores communication, sensory experiences, relationships and developmental history. We make room for masking and adaptations that may have made autistic experiences less visible.
The MIGDAS supports a structured, conversational exploration, considered alongside questionnaires, contextual information and clinical judgement.
OCD assessment
We explore obsessive thoughts, compulsive patterns and their impact in context. Assessment may include a modified Yale–Brown checklist, an age-appropriate version for children, and sensory profiling.
We consider development, neurodivergence, trauma and sensory experience as part of the wider formulation.
Combined assessment & neurohybridity
A combined pathway explores how different aspects of your neurobiology interact in daily life. We consider the full developmental picture and the evidence for each diagnostic area.
ADHD–autism assessment may include MIGDAS, DIVA-5 or DIVA-5 Young, and QbCheck alongside other information. Ask us about ADHD–OCD or autism–OCD combinations.
Screening without a full diagnosis
Screening uses questionnaires and discussion to explore patterns, strengths and areas of difficulty. It can help you decide what support or further exploration you want. Screening does not provide a formal diagnosis.

Your questions
What is included in the report?
Your report explains the findings and diagnostic conclusions where relevant. It considers strengths, differences, masking, developmental history and context, with recommendations tailored to home, education, work or relationships.
You can check the draft for factual accuracy and discuss findings in a reflective session.
Can we meet online?
Assessments can take place in person or by video call. We will discuss the arrangements for your pathway and prepare you for what to expect.
How long will it take?
Contact us for current availability and a timeline for your pathway. We can explain the appointments and information needed before you decide to proceed.
What if I do not meet diagnostic criteria?
We will explain the findings, explore alternative explanations where relevant, and discuss useful next steps. The feedback session gives you space to ask questions and consider what the assessment means for you.
What if the process feels overwhelming?
Tell us about your communication, sensory or other needs when you enquire. We can discuss how to prepare and what flexibility may help. You can start by email if a phone call feels difficult.
Can I use the report to pursue ADHD medication?
Please discuss the route to medication and any shared-care arrangements with your GP and prospective prescriber before booking. A private assessment does not guarantee that NHS services will accept a shared-care arrangement.
Do I need a diagnosis to receive support?
You can explore screening, therapy or coaching without committing to a full diagnostic assessment. If you already have a diagnosis, we can discuss the understanding or support you are looking for now.
