Our podcast:
This Voice Is Mine
For every neurodivergent mind that was masked, misread, or missed. Where identity is reclaimed and the system gets named, ‘This Voice Is Mine: The Unquiet Podcast’ is for those who were told they were too much, too sensitive, too chaotic, too intense or not enough.
This Voice Is Mine
Hosted by Dr Emma Offord, a clinical psychologist, neurodivergent woman, and unapologetic system disrupter, this podcast explores what happens when difference is pathologised and what becomes possible when we drop the shame, the script, and the medical model.
Through stories, reflections, and conversations with people who were never meant to fit, This Voice Is Mine reclaims the truth of neurodivergent minds, bodies, and ways of being. This is not about fixing or fitting in. It’s about remembering who we are and unlearning everything they got wrong.

Guest contact
If you would like to be a guest on the podcast, please contact Emma on emma@divergentlife.co.uk.
We are always listening for voices that don’t often get the mic (as well as the ones that do).
This Voice Is Mine exists to hold space for honest, nuanced, sometimes uncomfortable conversations about neurodivergence, identity, systems, creativity, parenting, leadership and the quiet (and not so quiet) rebellions that shape our lives.
You don’t need a perfect story, a polished platform., or to have it all figured out.
We’re interested in lived experience. In complexity. In the grey areas. In the moments that changed you. In the questions you’re still sitting with.
If you are a neurodivergent adult, parent, professional, creative, advocate, or someone working to reshape the systems that weren’t built for us, we’d love to hear from you.
Tell us a little about who you are, what matters to you, and what conversation you’d want to have.
This podcast isn’t about performance, it is about presence - and your voice might be exactly the one someone else is waiting to hear.
